Systemic Counselling & Empowerment for women in all emotional and life situations

COUNSELING & EMPOWERMENT

"I advise to empower"

My goal is to help women gain more strength and self-confidence. I am often deeply impressed by the inner strength and energy we carry within us without really admitting it. On the contrary: many of my clients' counseling concerns are secretly based on a rather low self-esteem. For this reason, for me personally, counseling is inseparable from empowerment: I advise in order to strengthen. Because I want to help women like you and me to recognize how incredibly great they are and what they are capable of doing.

By additionally integrating techniques such as mindfulness, embodiment, nature coaching and breathwork, I create a space in which you can heal deeply and grow internally. Because in combination, these methods enable a profound transformation that addresses both the body and the soul and helps you to recognize and develop your full potential. Let's talk about this in a non-binding initial consultation:

LET'S TALK

What does "systemic" stand for?

Since the middle of the 20th century, systemic counseling and therapy has become increasingly popular alongside depth psychology, behavioral therapy and humanistic psychotherapy approaches.

A basic attitude that the systemic approach brings with it is that I accept you as an expert in yourself. This means that I assume that you already have all the prerequisites for a solution to your problem and I only have to guide you to take a solution- and resource-oriented view in order to allow new perspectives and solutions into your life. Instead of giving up on yourself, withdrawing and feeling sorry for yourself, you become more self-determined and recognize or (re)activate strengths and abilities that are already dormant within you. In this way, new alternative courses of action and solutions can be found even for seemingly hopeless difficulties.

A second cornerstone of systemics is that we do not see you as a client as an isolated person, but as part of larger, interconnected systems. This helps to understand complex problems and concerns in a larger context and to develop new approaches to solutions. "Systems" here stands for all kinds of social relationship systems in which you are active, e.g. your family, your partnership, your job or society in general. Over time, each of these relationship systems develops its own patterns, rules, roles and values, which can sometimes be helpful, but sometimes also problematic. However, since these patterns of thinking, expectation and behavior are deeply rooted in you (and in all of us), it can sometimes make sense to irritate and disturb them first so that new, successful strategies can then develop. I therefore always examine your difficulties and symptoms in their interaction with your relationships, thought and experience patterns.

What does "Empowerment" stand for?

Basically, empowerment is the process of empowering and strengthening individuals or communities to make their own decisions and act independently. In essence, it is about giving people the necessary skills, resources and self-confidence to achieve their goals and actively participate in social processes. The aim of empowerment is to break down barriers that prevent people from reaching their full potential and instead to interact in a self-determined and self-confident manner.

Empowerment therefore strengthens the already solution- and resource-oriented approach of systems and thus helps to increase your self-efficacy and bring about positive changes in your life. Both approaches thus promote your personal responsibility and self-confidence, which can lead to sustainable solutions for your concerns and an improved quality of life.

 What does "Breathwork" stand for?

Let us also use breathwork practices in our systemic consultation so that your body and mind can calm down. The term stands for a variety of breathing techniques that are used specifically to improve physical and mental well-being. Conscious breathing puts the body into a relaxed state that reduces stress and increases concentration. Breathing exercises can help to release emotional blockages, reduce tension and find inner balance. For many people, breathwork is an effective method to strengthen their mindfulness and self-awareness. The benefits range from deeper relaxation and better sleep quality to more energy in everyday life. Breathwork is suitable both for people who want to reduce stress and for those who want to support their mental health in a natural way.

What does "Embodiment" stand for?

Embodiment describes the concept of embodying all of our thoughts, feelings and experiences. It emphasizes the idea that our understanding of the world and our consciousness are inextricably linked to our physical existence and that the body and its sensory experiences influence and interact with all of our cognitive processes. Basically, it is about the fact that mind and body cannot be viewed separately, but that our physical experience and our physical existence have a significant influence on our thinking, actions and feelings. By including embodiment exercises in our consultation, we also broaden our view to include your physical sensations. Where exactly do you feel the anger inside you? Where is the pain you feel? I invite you to feel into your physical sensations and reactions in order to get to know and understand yourself on a new level.

What does "Nature Coaching" stand for?

Nature coaching is an important approach in my consultations, which uses the healing and inspiring power of nature to support personal and professional development processes. Here we combine traditional coaching and reflection techniques with activities and exercises in natural environments to promote self-awareness and find creative solutions. By immersing yourself in nature, I support you in reducing stress, gaining clarity and developing new perspectives. Nature coaching is particularly suitable for people who are looking for a balance to their hectic everyday life, who want to strengthen their connection to the environment or who want to feel holistically within themselves and their feelings. I also like to use it in family contexts in order to make the consultation more child-friendly and playful on the one hand and to bring more peace and serenity into the setting.

 What does "Mindfulness" stand for?

Mindfulness is a conscious and non-judgmental awareness of the present moment. This practice, which often comes from Buddhist meditation, aims to bring attention to the present moment and observe thoughts, feelings & physical sensations without judgment. Mindfulness can help reduce stress, promote emotional health & improve overall well-being. It is often practiced in the form of meditation, breathing exercises or conscious daily practices to gain a deeper understanding and greater acceptance of one's self and the environment.
Not only is mindfulness an essential part of my consultations, but I also like to give my clients small observation "homework" to do between consultations so that the insights from our conversations can continue to grow and also resonate in everyday life.

There can be many reasons why you need and are looking for professional support in your life right now. Perhaps you want to change something about yourself or your life? Are you facing a difficult decision or a period of change? Or is it perhaps time to finally leave something stressful behind you and look forward with a light heart?
