INNER PEACE & HEALING
Inner peace means being at peace with yourself and accepting and loving yourself as you are. It is a feeling of inner balance, lightness, silence, harmony, love and gratitude. In my systemic counseling, I accompany you on the path to inner peace and emotional strength - with introductory skills and without judgment. Use this to find your inner peace sustainably and in all phases of life and to strengthen your resilience.
There can be many reasons why you have previously fallen into an inner imbalance, because especially in our hectic world we often lose access to ourselves and get caught up in thoughts or feelings that burden or inhibit us. Maybe it is time for you to learn to set healthier boundaries for yourself and your mental well-being. Or you feel blocked by (irrational) fears, worries or negative beliefs that should no longer hold you back. But maybe it is also a negative experience, an annoying habit or a general dissatisfaction that you now finally want to leave behind. At every stage of life, it is possible to feel freer and stronger with targeted advice. Let's work together to identify the causes of your restlessness and stress and to strengthen the connection to your inner self.
Finding inner peace means that you embark on an inner journey to get to know and understand yourself better. During a consultation, we often look at our own past and look for negative beliefs or formative experiences that could still have an impact on your thoughts and actions today. Beliefs in particular have an incredible power over our subconscious, as they often come from our childhood and are thus existentially anchored in us. So it is usually about understanding the past better in order to be able to close it and leave it behind. Sometimes this also means being able to forgive, making an unloved decision, saying goodbye or pushing your own boundaries. But all of this with a view to a new reality.
In the protected space of systemic counseling, you can share your stressful thoughts and emotions and learn how to maintain your inner peace even in difficult and triggering times. You will not only build resilience, but also develop a positive self-perception that supports you in your everyday life.

MY OFFER FOR YOUR INNER PEACE
Depending on your personal concerns, different methods and exercises are available. You decide what we talk about and how deeply you want to delve. Sometimes a concern also develops during the consultation process.
In family constellations, you place people or objects in the room from an observer position to represent individual family members in order to uncover previously unconscious patterns and dynamics.
A journey into your own past can make sense if there have been deep injuries there that have not yet healed. By making contact with our inner child, we finally give it space.
Nature allows us to slow down and be present in the moment. Use this peace to deep dive into your inner world and let nature's metaphors guide you to gain valuable insights into your emotions, thoughts and needs.
Use specific breathing techniques to bring deeply hidden, forgotten experiences and memories into consciousness and to mentally revive them. Learn to understand - and consciously close.
Genogram work involves looking at one’s own family history in order to identify family patterns, traumas and guiding principles, to better understand individual motives and to uncover possible family secrets.
