PERSONAL GROWTH
The pursuit of inner growth is deeply rooted in us as humans and leads to a better understanding of ourselves, our strengths and all our potential.
Personal development is an ongoing process in which systemic counseling can provide excellent support. With its holistic approach, it sets everything in motion and goes beyond simply solving your problem. By critically questioning old ways of thinking, patterns and routines and deliberately causing irritations, it opens up new perspectives and scope for action. Everything is suddenly possible!
Systemic counseling can help you achieve personal growth and personality development on these levels:
1. Strengthening personal responsibility and self-efficacy
Systemic counseling encourages you to take responsibility for your own life. By becoming aware of your resources and courses of action, you actively seek solutions and experience yourself as capable of taking action in relation to your life circumstances. This attitude is crucial for personal development, as it leads to more self-efficacy and allows you to overcome internal blockages. It also promotes sustainable change processes, as solutions arise from within and thus support a deep, positive transformation. Systemic counseling therefore not only offers orientation, but also a clear strengthening of inner competencies and personal development.
2. Promoting resilience
Resilience describes the ability to recover from setbacks and emerge from them stronger. Systemic counseling offers you tools and approaches to promote your resilience and to act flexibly and solution-oriented even in difficult situations. By reflecting on relationships, behavioral patterns and your own resources, you will learn to look at challenges from a new perspective and build inner resilience. In addition to promoting your emotional stability, it also helps you to better cope with stress and emerge from crises stronger. Because by understanding and accepting your emotions and reactions, you learn how to deal with stress and challenges better. Systemic counseling therefore also supports your sustainable resilience development and strengthens your confidence in your own ability to act.
3. Improving social skills
As systemic counseling looks at the interactions between the individual and the environment, it also sensitizes your social skills at the same time. By reflecting on how you deal with other people in the counseling setting, you learn to shape relationships more consciously and constructively. This improvement in social skills also contributes significantly to your personal development.
In other words, you can say that systemic counseling paves the way for a more conscious and self-determined life by learning to accept yourself as you are and to look forward with an open mind instead of inhibiting your potential and resources. This has an incredible power that shapes all areas of life.
It doesn't matter what your exact issue is: Maybe you want to be more self-confident and finally step out of the shadow of your doubts. Or you want to be more assertive and less perfectionistic in your professional life in order to take the next step in your career. Maybe you are also searching for meaning and want to explore and develop yourself anew. Some clients also seek advice to help them make a critical decision or to find support during a period of change (e.g. separation, moving house or pregnancy). All of these concerns have an incredible amount of potential for inner growth, as we suddenly (have to) look critically at our "usual routine" and may even no longer be able to move forward as before. You can find more information about this here.
Did you recognize yourself in the text above and are you full of drive to grow beyond yourself personally? Then let's talk in a non-binding introductory meeting and find out more about each other. But first, be sure to take a look at what other great things I can offer you to help you grow beyond yourself personally.
MY OFFERING FOR YOUR PERSONAL GROWTH
Depending on your personal concerns, different resource- and solution-oriented methods and exercises are available. You decide what we talk about and how deeply you want to delve. It is also possible that your concerns will change during the consultation process, as they continue to develop through new insights.
The mindset workshops take place in small groups of 6-8 women and focus on the topics of resilience, mindfulness, mindset, personal value systems and motivators. We also use various embodiment and breathwork practices to connect body and mind.
Nature has an incredible power to bring us into the here and now and connect us with our natural intuition. Targeted questions, exercises for the body and mind, and metaphors help you to explore what lies deep within you. You don't need to be particularly fit for consultations in nature (moderate speed).
