SELF-LOVE
Self-love is the key to a fulfilled and happy life, but how do you actually manage to love yourself more? We often find it difficult to accept and love ourselves as we are. This is usually based on negative beliefs about ourselves that have been firmly anchored in us over many years. A first step can be to uncover, question and resolve these. The same applies to old behavior and thought patterns that keep blocking us and make us feel small inside.
During a consultation, I will help you to recognize and accept your inner resources and your value in order to build a stronger relationship with yourself. Through targeted exercises and reflections, I will give you important impulses to approach yourself with more compassion and acceptance and to permanently abandon your negative self-perception. With increased self-confidence, you will learn to value and respect yourself in all your facets and become aware of your limits. With the newfound awareness that your own value continues to exist regardless of external influences or confirmations, it will be easier for you to enter into healthy, authentic and positive relationships with others instead of being guided by your inner doubts and fears.
Depending on your concerns or preferences, it may also be a good idea to integrate various mindfulness, breathwork and embodiment practices into our consultation to further promote your healing path and resilience. (If you would like to read a little about this, you can find more information here.)

Depending on your personal concerns, different resource- and solution-oriented methods and exercises are available. You decide what we talk about and how deeply you want to delve into your inner life.
A journey into your own past can make sense if there have been deep injuries there that have not yet healed. By making contact with our inner child, we finally give it space.
Nature has an incredible power to bring us into the here and now and connect us with our natural intuition. We let ourselves be guided by targeted questions, exercises for the body and mind, and metaphors.
In family constellations, you place people or objects in the room from an observer position to represent individual family members in order to uncover previously unconscious patterns and dynamics.
The mindset workshops take place in small groups of 6-8 women and revolve around the topics of resilience, self-love & self-care, mindset, mindfulness, personal value systems and motivators.
Use specific breathing techniques to bring deeply hidden, forgotten experiences and memories into consciousness and to mentally revive them. Learn to understand - and consciously close.
